Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Holding Deposit

We will notify you as soon as possible on the status of your refund after investigating the situation.
If the approval is given, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the amount refunded.

PML Services Ltd offer refund if the following takes place:
– Overpayment. The amount exceeds the initial amount stated on the invoice or in the contract.
– The room is no longer available.
– Failed referencing. The employment or other details provided does not meet the standards of PML Services Ltd.
